Return Process

Contact our support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your Gard Pro device in its original packaging, including all charging cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the box.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device condition, we will process your full refund or ship your replacement unit within 3 to 5 business days.
